SUPPORT TO COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS AND SOCIAL WORKERS

CREED believes that together, development can be achieved. Organization plays a change agent role in a development process that transforms a community. In every community/village or area of impact CREED works, it identifies potential Volunteers to work with CREED for their own community. Thus, we have presently huge number  of Volunteers and some social workers throughout Andhra Pradesh where CREED is working. These volunteers work for their own community with a commitment along with CREED. They work part-time voluntarily without expectation of salary or benefits. The organization provided all the volunteers gifts , some needed help and  ration to encourage their voluntary services to their community as part of appreciation for their time and involvement. The organization has plans to provide a monthly honorarium in recognition of their services.
