CREED Ministries is a legally Registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to serving the underprivileged and working for the upliftment of rural and marginalized communities. We strictly adhere to all legal and statutory requirements laid down by the Government of India for charitable and non-profit organizations.

Our organization operates with full transparency and accountability in all its activities and financial operations. The following are the legal credentials and registrations of CREED Ministries:

• Society Registration: CREED Ministries is duly Registered under the Societies Registration Act  of Government of Andhra Pradesh.
• PAN Card: The organization possesses a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Department of India, enabling proper financial documentation and transparency.
• FCRA Registration: CREED Ministries is Registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act of Government of India (FCRA), which permits us to receive lawful donations and contributions from International donors in compliance with Government norms.
• DARPAN ID: We are also Registered with the NITI Aayog NGO DARPAN Portal of the Government of India, ensuring transparency and authenticity in all our operations.
