CHRISTIAN RURAL EDUCATIONAL AND ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT MINISTRIES is a child-focused organization based on humanitarian grounds that has been serving the most vulnerable children and their families since the year 2002. The CREED Ministries is a non-profit organization passionately serves in the rural villages and communities in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. Ever since its inception in the year 2002 CREED is serving the most deprived communities that includes most vulnerable, tribal communities at grass roots. CREED walks alongside with people and communities who are denied of their access to basic needs, struggling to make both ends meet. Children and women are the priority groups for empowerment and sustainability.We employ proven, effective development, public engagement and relief practices empowering vulnerable children, parents especially the mother and communities living in the contexts of poverty and injustice to self-sufficient and bring lasting change.
CREED engages committed, qualified staff, Community Volunteers and Social Workers in making our vision come reality through various interventions over the period of time. The team is always prepared to avail themselves and to serve community people through various interventions and especially during disasters. CREED responded to Covid-19, providing people (including government staff) starting with mask distribution to distribution of dry ration to number of families, in particular tribal communities like Yanadis, Yerukula and Chenchus. CREED provided packed ready to eat food to the travelers on the national highway number-16 while thousands of people moved to their own places due to Covid-19 restrictions. This programme impacted feeding around 5000 persons both in rural and urban areas during the pandemic.
